Realigning-Recognizing-Awakening

I’m feeling lots of intense energies today. Getting frustrated at little things. I know I am facing my shadows, parts of me are coming to light. I need to allow my mind to let go and give room for inner transformations with patience. Just sitting here in my thoughts and typing them out helps me become present in this moment. At triggering moments I need to take a couple of moments to deep breathe, affirm myself, and calm down. Deep breathing has become essential in my daily practice, whether its a deep meditation or a few breaths to re-center throughout my day. Feeling my lungs expand followed by the flow of oxygen through my blood is so therapeutic. Sometimes, I just let my mind wander in thoughts of the woods, so abundant and still. I allow that feeling to consume me and release what’s holding me back. Mind in the mountains, thoughts of the trees, soul in the soil. And in those moments I recenter, realign and take control of my emotions.
